Diganta Barua, the founder, is a management graduate from BITS, Pilani. He gathered intensive experience for 18 months with Amrop International, one of the world’s foremost executive search firms. Prior to executive search, he worked for over twelve years experience in reputed advertising agencies like DDB Mudra, Ambience Publicis and JWT Contract in India. He has received formal training in both advertising and executive search, including in assessment techniques. An avid quizzer all his life, he relishes learning about businesses, organisational behaviour, talent management, people, culture and brands. And most of all, he loves all sports.
