Time permitting, and the manner of approach of the individual, we have always stretched ourselves to speak and even meet such people. It helps us to gain insights about how leaders are navigating their careers. And without ever compromising on discretion, we share whatever we can. As we work across a number of industries and functions, we are able to look at parallels, unnoticed by most others. At times, we even put them on to talent leaders who we know, but who are not our clients, without any financial expectations. On other occasions, we ask them to stay put in their jobs.
